Last July or August yata, nai-guest ako ng isang friend ko (and viewer rin of the blog!) sa exam nila for TV Production class kaya naman nagkaroon ng opportunity na ma-i-promote ang ating blog! Nakakaloka diba? Hahaha. :)
So ayon, sa special na ito namin napag-usapan kung ano ang mga madalas niyong nakikita rito sa Jimpy Loves TV and Life Too at mga kalokohan ko at pagka-addict ko sa Teleserye. Luma na actually ito pero dahil ang saya niya i-share, eto na panuorin niyo na! Hahaha!
May pasabog pako jan --- ang Manash Dance! Haha. Nakakaloka lang noh? :) Pero masaya yan. Eto na muna siya!
Anyway, thank you sa director ng talk show na si Ate KC Cardozo at sa host na si Ate Gen Barroquillo (na nagbabasa rin ng blog ko) plus ang team na sina Ate Ayie, Ate Keana, Ate Dawn and iba pa. :)

At eto na nga tayo sa 2nd Part ng Jimpy TV Anniversary Special. And for this week, ire-reminisce natin ang mga naging episodes ng Jimpy TV. Kung ano ang mga pinagdaanan ko para maitayo ang episodes and siguro, my inspirations na rin in doing such an episode. Haha. :) Baka may mga malaman kayo na di niyo alam before. Lol. Anyway, let's get the ball rolling.
Naka-anim na episodes ang Jimpy TV. Una diyan ang Self-Worth, sumunod ang Collect and Collect, third is The Secrets of A Secret Affair, 4th ang Island of Dreams, 5th ang Goodbyes, and 6th ang Pagbabago - which happens to be the first and the last episode of Season Two. Alongside with that, uso na rin ang segments for each episode, merong Entertainment News, JimpyTV Exclusives (events na napuntahan), Movie Time with JimpyTV (mga napanuod na films) at Reflect, Retrospect and Learn (mga life lessons). OMG. Namimiss ko sila. Haha. Anyway, eto na ang complete reminiscing natin.
The First Episode - SELF-WORTH
Basically, the episode was about...Self-Worth. Haha. :) It was just a very short episode, and if you'll ask kung sino ang guest ko? Hahaha. E DI SARILI KO. Self-Worth nga e! Haha! :D Pero actually, hindi intentional na ako lang ang guest sa sarili kong show. Haha. Hindi kasi talaga ako ready niyan. Hindi ko alam sinong i-interviewhin ko. Well, first eh. Mahirap diba. Haha. Kaya super hindi plantsado yan. Pero naniniwala naman akong magaganda mga sagot ko diyan, tapos umabot pa ng 30+ views yung blog ko kaya happy na ako! :)
Napag-isip isipan kong i-reformat ang blog ko at gawin siyang mas reachable sa public. Ang panget naman kasi yung laman ng blog ko, puro ako lang. Haha. :) so I decided to come up with this blog na parang talk show, pero instead na pinapanuod, binabasa. :)

Maraming maraming salamat ho (thank you) for those who read, and tuned in sa huling episode natin na Island of Dreams, dahil kumbaga sa TV Ratings, waging-wagi ang show natin! At ito meron talaga akong tunay na ebidensya, promise! Here. :D
Hindi kita jan, but noong November 4, 2012, Sunday, ang Jimpy TV Site ay nakakuha ng more than 160 pageviews, kaya I am really really happy and thankful sa mga talagang sumusubaybay sa amin. :) Maraming salamat rin sa mga taong bumuo ng nakaraang episode (my guests of course) most especially with Miss Bing Castro na despite her very busy schedule ay napaunlakan niya tayo ng interview! :) Kay Macee and Louize rin, na tinext ko lang madaling araw bago ang interview, and kay Cher of course! Alam mo na yon! :))
Anyway our episode today marks the 13th week of Jimpy TV (we premiered September 1), and yes, 13 weeks lang po ang naka-laan para sa Jimpy TV, kaya nga ang theme ng episode ay 'Goodbyes' dahil ang Jimpy TV rin ay mag-goo-goodbye na. :) Reasons will be revealed later sa Jimpy's Story. :D Anyway, bago tayo malungkot (hopefully may malungkot) sa pagtatapos, let's get entertained muna sa mga kaganapan sa episode today! First is of course, ang nagbabalik na Entertainment News! We will have a run-down ng mga naganap sa lokal na aliwan in the past month. Pahiram ng Sandali, nag-umpisa ng umere last Monday sa GMA Telebabad.
--> Nag-umpisa ng umere sa GMA ang inaabangang teledrama na Pahiram Ng Sandali. Ito ay pinagbibidahan nina Dingdong Dantes, Max Collins, Christopher de Leon, Alessandra de Rossi, Sandy Andolong, Julio Diaz at ng nagbabalik kapusong si Lorna Tolentino. Matatandaang hindi ito ang dapat na ipapalabas kundi ang Haram na pagbibidahan ni Dingdong at Kylie Padilla, pero ang proyekto ay temporarily shelved dahil sa issues ngayon kaya naman ito ang ipinalit na palabas. Pero ilang linggo bago ang first taping day, nagback out si Kylie dahil masyado daw mature ang role for her. Kaya marami ang natuwa ng finally ay naipalabas na ang show. Ito ay sa direksiyon ni Maryo J. Delos Reyes.

Dito nga ay nakumpirma na ang kanyang paglipat dahil din sa kanyang mga tweets na nagsasabing ito ang una niyang event sa GMA Network. Matatandaang bago ito, si Lauren ay isang Star Magic Talent at ang huling proyekto niya sa ABS-CBN ay ang remake ng Mula sa Puso kung saan siya ang nagbida. Ang serye ay nagwakas noong August 2011.

JIMPY TV EXCLUSIVES: THE 2012 NOEL BAZAAR
Nagbukas noong November 16, 2012 ang isa sa mga inaabangang Christmas Bazaars every year, ang Noel Bazaar. The Bazaar is going on right now sa World Trade Center, Pasay City, at tatagal hanggang December 2, 2012.
At siyempre, dahil hindi lang ako basta blogger at ako'y gala rin, hindi ko pinalampas ang pagkakataon kong makarating sa Noel Bazaar last November 19, 2012! Swerte ko dahil free pa ang entrance noong mga panahon na yun. Hahaha. Ang main mission ko sa Noel Bazaar that time: GMA MERCHANDISE ITEMS. Siyempre alam nyo naman siguro kung bakit. Hahaha. Infairness, nakabili naman ako ng Amaya Accesories and Coffee Prince Button Pin. :)
Worth it naman ang naging pagpunta naming friends dun dahil nakabili sila ng Shirt. Siyempre di na ako bumili dahil nga inilaan ko lang ang money ko sa GMA Merchandise Items. :)
Magaganda din ang mga items na nandoon, nakita ko pa nga ang isa sa mga finofollow ko sa Instagram na si @mikeemarieluxe :) She sells iphone, itouch, android accessories. :)

MOVIETIME WITH JIMPY TV: 24/7 IN LOVE
Last November 21, 2012, nagbukas na sa sinehan ang inaabangang Star Magic Movie for its 20th Anniversary Celebration, ang 24/7 in Love! Kasama sa pelikulang ito ang ilan sa mga naglalakihang stars ng Star Magic. At since this created a milestone sa Star Magic at sa ShowbizLandia, hindi ako nagpahuli na mapanuod ito noong November 23, 2012. :) And I will share to you my review about the film. :)
Bago ipalabas ang pelikula, ipinakita ang full trailer ng ilan sa mga ipalalabas sa MMFF 2012, ang 'Si Enteng, Si Agimat at Ako', at ang isa sa mga official entry ng Star Cinema na 'One More Try'. Must-watch ang mga ito. :)
Anyway, ang premise ng movie ay ang pag-end ng mundo sa December 21, 2012. And the question still hangs on each character's mind na Ano ang gagawin nila bago mag end of the world? Diyan umikot ang story. :)
Anyway, I don't want to spoil the story para sa mga hindi pa nakakapanood. But all episodes are equally good, sayang lang that the Maja-Diether episode was quite shorter than the other episodes. :) And if I am to rank the episodes, eto. :) I wouldn't include Kathniel for a reason. Maybe those who watched the movie know why. :)
1. Kimerald episode (about sa isang girl na babalikan ang boyfriend na iniwan niya for work)
-->Directed by Mae Cruz, no wonder kung bakit maganda ang kinalabasan ng episode na ito. :) Grabe, nakakilig at nakakakilabot pa rin ang Kimerald. Jusko. Beautiful. For me, yung kwento nila yung pinaka-established, at nakapagpakilig talaga ng tunay. :)
2. Bea-Zanjoe episode (about sa magbestfriend na babae at bakla, then they will discover that they have feelings for each other)
-->Directed again by Miss Mae Cruz, bonggels din ang episode na ito! May chemistry sila, bagay talaga sila. :'> And the ending of the episode, it's more of realistic than nakakakilig or heartbreaking. Ang cute din nila, and Zanjoe was good ha! :) Keri mo yan 'te!
3. Angelica-John Lloyd episode (about sa isang married woman na magbabakasyon dahil sa problema sa asawa, then later meets a guy that will be his confidante)
--> Directed by John-D Lazatin, this part gave the dramatic feel of the movie. And maganda din talaga siya. :) And the ending of the episode is a surprise! Masayang surprise ito! :) And ang ganda ng Vietnam, kasing ganda ni Angelica, at kasing galing nilang dalawa ni JLC. :)
4. Maja-Diether (about sa secretary na magkakagusto sa boss niya, and then may makikita silang baby sa kwarto ni guy, not knowing kung kanino ito)
-->Directed again by John-D Lazatin, may aral ang episode na ito. May chemistry rin si Diether and Maja. It's good that it worked out because I think they are the experimental love team dito. :) Sayang lang talaga na napakaikli ng episode nila.
5. Piolo-Zaijian-Xyriel (about sa dalawang magkaibigan, isang bata at isang special man, magkakagusto si boy kay girl, but si girl, may gusto kay Kuyang Special...)
-->Directed by Dado Lumibao, nadala ni direk Dado ang MMK Skills niya dito. :) The episode was mixed with drama, comedy and slight kilig. Ayoko lang na ang bata bata pa eh love na agad. Haha. Pero magaling si Piolo mag-Budoy, mas magaling nga lang si Gerald. :D
6. Pokwang-Sam (about sa lady in her 40s na virgin pa rin, at mahahanap niya ang lalaking magbabago sa kanyang buhay)
-->Directed by Frasco Mortiz, thankful ako sa kanya because he let Sam wear a white and a black tank top. Grabe Sam, kung ganyan ka ng ganyan, mamahalin pa kita lalo! HAHA! But Pokwang here, she's so different compared sa usual. She's less aggressive but still funny. Ang cute pa dito eh yung pagpapatawa, normal lang, di sinasadya. :)
Well, the best actress for me here would be Bea Alonzo. And the best actor is Zanjoe Marudo. Watch the movie WHY sila ang napili ko! :D
Ang maganda din sa movie ay intertwined sila with each other. May connections talaga. Ang galing ng pagkakagawa. :D But I hope this will be the last movie na maraming stars at iba-iba ang kwento. Nakakalito kasi madalas. Hahaha. Pero wag kayo, ang 24/7 in Love, hindi nakakalito! :) :D Pero the movie is really really a must watch. Hindi sayang ang 182 Php. :D Kaya nood na sa sinehan, go lang ng go! Now on its 2nd week na ang movie!

MAIN FEATURE: GOODBYES
At dahil nga sa pag-goo-goodbye ng Jimpy TV sa atin, of course kailangan nating i-sakto ang episode natin ngayon, at yun nga ang Goodbyes. Nag-interview ako ng dalawang taong may mga pinagdaanan na paggoo-goodbye. Super thankful ako sa kanila because of course everybody knows how it hurts to say goodbye and recall everything. Pero ayun, na-i-share pa rin nila ang kanilang mga stories about it.
Sa episode din na ito, malalaman natin kung gaano kasakit, and paano maka-cope up sa pagoo-goodbye. Tayo na't matutong muli sa extraordinary experiences ng mga ordinaryong tao. :)
Una sa ininterview ko ay ang aking close friend sa College na napakabait na si Bea Ongjoco. Alam na siguro ng marami nating readers (Paulinian readers of course) na galing si Bea sa San Diego, California bago siya pumasok here sa College. And medyo na-curious ako na paano nga ba mag-goodbye sa mga bagay at lugar na nakasanayan mo na, sa lugar where almost buong buhay mo, you spent it there, at paano ka mag-goodbye sa mga taong maiiwan mo. At kung gusto niyo ding malaman, eto na. :)

Jimpy TV: Hello Ate Bea! So siguro naman you already have a knowledge about sa pag-uusapan natin today! It's about goodbyes. I know that medyo sad ang topic na ito kaya medyo mahirap siguro sa atin mag-share, so maraming salamat. Anyway, what is your point of view about Goodbyes?
Bea: I think they're always hard, but it depends on the situation. True they are sad, but I think goodbyes are necessary in our lives. In a positive light, it can be taken as the next step to starting a new chapter in our lives.
JTV: So nasabi mo na they are necessary sa ating lives, so sa lahat ng goodbyes na iyong na-experience, can you share a significant goodbye na talagang if not sobra, medyo nahirapan ka.
Bea: Leaving San Diego is one of the hardest goodbyes, although I guess in some ways you can take it as a "See you later." It was necessary because I would be benefiting from it. I'd be going to college, meeting new people, trying new things, going on adventures (which I love to do), and I'd be more independent. But of course it was hard, I mean I left behind my family, friends, and of course my boyfriend, Khris. Take note I said "is." Haha it's still really hard because I get homesick often.
JTV: At di mo ko makikilala kung di ka umalis sa SD [San Diego]! Haha! Joke. Anyway, kailan and how ka nag-decide para umalis ng SD and mag-aral dito sa Philippines?
Bea: Well, it started off as my parent's choice. I did not want to leave. I wanted to stay. But they presented so many pros about going here saying stuff like, "Four years at tapos ka na anak," or "Try mo lang, kung ayaw mo talaga, eh pwedeng pwede ka naman bumalik dito." Stuff like that. Biggest factor of all was money. It's a lot cheaper to study here compared to the US. I decided to do it maybe a couple months or so that I would follow my parent's wishes. I almost didn't come here, because I was working at a Chinese fast food restaurant called Panda Express. I was already a shift leader, and they wanted me to stay. They offered me the assistant manager position so that I'd be able to make more money to go to school there part time and work. But I decided against it because, I've been a working student 3/4ths of my high school life and that ish [issue] is hardwork.
JTV: OMG. Napakabongga naman ng iyong career sa US! So finally nakapag-decide ka na diba, ngayon naman, ano yung mga ginawa mong preparations before leaving SD? Of course, kasama na diyan ang mga usual na ginagawa and of course, yung emotional? Paano?
Bea: I quit my job a month before my departure date. I took care of my passport. My parents bought a lot of stuff for me to bring as pasalubong as well as my own personal items. The emotional stuff came when the date came closer because I tried not to think about me leaving. I wanted to just leave that for the last day. I didn't want to be sad the entire time leading up my departure. And then of course, Khristopher, surprised me by throwing me a "til next time" party with the help of a few of my closest friends.
JTV: Ay wow! So what transpired during the party? Tell us some highlights!
Bea: Hahaha there was a lot of food, and a lot of my friends went there. One highlight was the fact that that was the first time my parents and Khris' parents met. It was the first time my family had been to Khris's house. Another highlight was just how much Khris spent on throwing the party. Let's just say that he bought a bonfire pit so that I'd be able to experience a bonfire for the first time and make smores in his frontyard. LOL. :)
JTV: Ay bonggels, may meeting ng parents, at grabe ha, napakasweet talaga ng boyfriend mo manash! :) Anyway, balik na tayo sa paalamanan part, can you share naman what transpired during the day na aalis ka na at pupunta ka na sa Philippines.
Bea: We left San Diego, the day before to Los Angeles because it'd be easier since it was LAX airport. We stayed at my grandparents house. The next day we went to the airport in the evening and some of my friends actually drove from San Diego to LA, and of course back to San Diego in the same day. A lot of waiting was done. But finally I had to board, and I was with my mom going down the escalator and the tears just started coming. Then my friends and I had a group hug and I hugged them each. I hugged my siblings, uncle, and grandma. Then my parents. Kissed Khris. Hahah more like sneaked it, but my brother saw. No biggie though. And hugged my parents again. It was really sad because my dad was fighting back tears and so was my little brother Cedric. But you could see it in their face. And I just cried the entire time. From going through security check, to boarding and sitting on the plane. I had window seat and I hardly slept. I mostly just cried.
JTV: Ohmygosh. Sorry baka pinapaiyak na kita diyan...so ngayong habang kinekwento mo to, anong nararamdaman mo? And can you compare the feelings you get right now compared dun sa habang nangyayari talaga yan?
Bea: I feel that I'm a lot stronger now. I still cry when I leave. I think it's pretty much inevitable. Right now, I feel....sad? LOL I'm not sure how I feel. It's more like I'm reliving that day. But then I remember that I'm so close to finishing college and soon enough it'll be goodbye again, but this time goodbye to the Philippines.
JTV: OMG meaning goodbye na rin sa amin? Aww. Haha. Anyway, ano yung mga adjustments na ginawa mo after leaving SD and staying here sa Philippines?
Bea: Not being able to drive. I freaking hate that I have to commute. It sucks. The pollution. The garbage. And I had to adjust in terms of communication. It's just a completely different culture here in the Philippines, it's hard to enumerate all the adjustments specifically but I did have a lot of adjusting to do.
JTV: Pero at least natututo ka nang magTagalog ng bongga? Is it your first time sa PH during that time?
Bea: I have background in tagalog because my parents speak to us in tagalog at home. But my siblings and I respond in english. So I can understand pretty well, and I've learned to speak better. The accent is there sometimes and I get bulol.. but I mean I think I'm doing a good job. And no it's not my first time. I was born here.
JTV: Oh. So mga ilang years ka before you left PH, and ilang years din bago ka nakabalik?
Bea: I was about 5 1/2 years old when we left for California. Then after 8 years, we finally were able to come back. And then we came back like a year later... or maybe it was a few months.. I don't remember. But before coming here for college, I had already visited the Philippines about 2-3 times.
JTV: Ah alright. Pero siyempre talagang mahirap din mag-adjust dahil ang mundo ngayon grabe, masyadong favorite ang change! Anyway, ano ang mga natutunan mo after that goodbye experience?
Bea: Goodbyes never get easier. At least for me. But sometimes they're worth it. :)
JTV: So masasabi mo bang kahit papano, worth it naman ang goodbye na naexperience mo?
Bea: Yea, because it's the goodbye that's hard. It's the adventure that comes AFTER the goodbye that makes it worth it.
JTV: Ay nako, may bago na naman tayong quotable quote mga manash! Hahaha! Anyway, to wrap up this interview, ano ang maibibgay mong piece of advice sa mga taong may pinagdadaanan ngayon wherein kailangan nilang magpaalam sa kanilang loved ones, sa mga bagay na nakasanayan na nila, etc.?
Bea: My advice would be to just take it all in a positive way. You never know what you're missing if you don't try. And besides, think of it as.. not all goodbyes are permanent. :)

JTV: So hate na hate mo nga ang goodbyes ah, halatang halata! HAHA! Bakit, naranasan mo na bang maiwan, masaktan dahil sa mga tao o bagay na nagpaalam na sayo?
Agel: Hahaha. Halata pala. XD Pag namatayan diba masakit. malungkot. kasi nawalan ka ng mahal sa buhay. Pero di lang yun yon. Yung thought pa lang ng goodbye masakit na talaga eh.
Sa tao? I guess as of now when friends leave for good. Yung pag migrate here there and everywhere nila.. masakit kasi naka build ka na ng bond and habit tas mawawala. Aguy lang. XD
JTV: So that meant na may kaibigan kang nagpaalam sayo, ganon? Do you mind sharing? Haha.
A: Hahaha. Konti lang. Hiya ako eh. Haha. Eto kasi yung goodbye ko sa friend ko na may pinagsamahan talaga.. Tas may nangyaring di kanais nais kahit sabihin ko kasi na okay lang na wala na sa ken yon sayang talaga. Hahaha. Niwey. Goodbye sha na ano, for formality sake... Kahit may sama pa ko ng loob ng konti, ayokong umalis sha ng Pilipinas na may sama ako ng loob sa kanya yung ganon. Na di kami okay. Goodbye na sha na tumulong maging okay kami. Ayun. Labo ata nyan. Hahaha. o.O

Pinaka mahirap sa akin when I graduated from High School and there I must leave the school to grow and soar greater heights. Masyado ko nang nakasanayan yung masarap na buhay sa high school, yung mga kasama mo na talagang komportable ka. And all. Pero okay naman ang naging paglipat ko...wala naman akong pinagsisihan ngayon. And I learned na there is no such thing as goodbye, pero ang nag-e-exist? SEE YOU. :D
And now, bakit nga ba ako nagdesisyong mag-goodbye sa Jimpy TV? Well, isa lang talaga ang dahilan...na-miss kong mag-personal blog. Yes, that's the primary reason. Ang babaw diba? HAHA. Pero I swear, ang dami kong thoughts na gustong sabihin, pero di ko magawa. And ang hirap din na i-maintain because I know I will be very busy sa school.

Siyempre achievement yun. Isang pasilip sa naganap na Press Conference ng bagong teleseryeng magpapainit sa Kapamilya Gold
PRECIOUS HEARTS ROMANCES PRESENTS PARAISO!
Sa pagtatapos ng Precious Hearts Romances presents Pintada ngayong November 2, isang panibagong serye ang ihahandog ng ABS-CBN na hango pa rin sa best-selling pocketbooks of all time. Ngayon naman ay isang kwento mula sa magaling na writer na si Dawn Igloria, ang Isla Sanctuario. Ngunit ito ay magpapainit sa ating mga hapon bilang Precious Hearts Romances presents...PARAISO.
Ang Paraiso ay tungkol kay Yanie at Brennan. Sumabog ang sinasakyan nilang barko at naiwan silang dalawa sa isang isla. Noong una ay hindi pa palagay ang loob nila sa isa't isa, but they will realize na baka hindi na sila mahanap pa at magiging sandalan na lang nila ang isa't isa. Maii-in love sila sa isa't isa...subalit sila pala ay nakatali na sa iba...Si Yanie, sa kababatang niyang si Justin na may feelings para sa kanya, at si Brennan, kay Megan, ang kanyang asawa. Pagkalipas ng dalawang buwan ay matatagpuan sila...at doon magsisimula ang mas matitindi pang kaganapan.
Sa inaabangang pagsisimula ng bagong teleserye ngayong November 5 sa Kapamilya Gold, naghold ang ABS-CBN ng press conference para sa show. The Press Conference was held last Thursday, October 25, 2012 at the Dolphy Theater. Present sa presscon ang production team, creative team, ilan sa mga stars, at siyempre ang mga bida ng Teleserye na sina Jewel Mische, Matteo Guidicelli at Jessy Mendiola.
Nag-umpisa ang press conference sa pag-awit ni Liezel Garcia ng theme song ng Paraiso, ang Ikaw Lang At Ako, originally sung by Donna Cruz. At eto ang tanging video na na-videohan ko sa presscon. Haha. Ang pagkanta ni Liezel ng Ikaw Lang At Ako. :)
After ng pag-awit ni Liezel ng theme song, ipinakita ang AVP at Trailer ng Paraiso. Siyempre naghanap din ako ng video nito sa Youtube para inyo ring mapanuod at lalo kayong mahikayat na manuod ng PHR: Paraiso.

Jewel Mische as Megan, the wife of Brennan na naiwan niya after sumabog ang sinasakyang barko ni Brennan. Nahihirapan silang magka-anak ni Brennan...pero nang mawala si Brennan, malalaman niyang siya'y anim na linggong buntis.
Matt Evans as Justin (who was not in the presscon as well) is the bestfriend of Yanie na matagal nang may gusto sa kanya. Magkasama silang sumakay ng barko upang pumunta ng Romblon para sa isang event subalit sasabog ang barko at magkakahiwalay sila.
Matteo Guidicelli as Brennan, a married man at executive ng kanilang food company. Nahihirapan silang magka-anak ng kanyang asawang si Megan. Sumakay ng barko upang i-deliver ang mga pagkain na kailangan sa isang event subalit sasabog ang barko. Mapapadpad siya sa isang isla at dito makikilala niya si Yanie.
Jessy Mendiola as Yanie, isang mapagmahal na anak at kapatid. Sasakay siya ng barko kasama ang kaibigang si Justin para magcover ng isang event. Subalit sasabog ang barko at mapapadpad siya sa isang isla. Akala niya'y mag-isa lang siya pero makikita niya si Brennan, at dito mag-uumpisa ang matamis nilang pagtitinginan.

Well, may nagtanong sa press na sino daw ba ang gustong isama ng 3 lead stars sa Isla kung sakaling maiiwan sila at kakantahan nang "Dadalhin kita sa aking Paraiso". Ang unang sumagot ay si Jewel Mische. Ang iisama daw niya ay si...JERICHO ROSALES! Jericho Rosales daw kasi has an intriguing personality at smart sumagot sa mga interview. Si Matteo Guidicelli naman daw ay si Jessy dahil sa 1 week na pinagsamahan nila sa Isla ay napakasaya daw nila. Habang si Jessy Mendiola...ang kakantahan niya si Matteo pero ang isasama niya sa isla...ay walang iba kung hindi si...KUYA KIM ATIENZA! Lahat ng mga taong kilala ako at taga subaybay sa buhay ko eh alam na pangarap kong makapagtrabaho sa ABS-CBN. At hindi ko naman ito matutupad kung hindi ko rin in-express sa taong bayan, lalo na sa tumulong sa aking matupad ito. So dapat meron ding mag-share sa mga kaibigan ko ng dreams nila at malay natin, doors might open kung may makakabasa man nito na malaking tao hindi ba. At siyempre meron din tayong panayam with the person na nakasama kong tumupad ng aming dream sa ABS, at ang tumupad ng aming pangarap! Pero bago yun, we will start with these two people who are actually doing and taking their first steps in achieving their dreams. So let's start!

JIMPY TV (JTV): Hi Macee! So you know naman that I went sa press conference ng Paraiso, and as one of my friends, alam mo na pangarap ko talaga to diba. Haha! Kaya naman let's talk about your dreams! And for the first question. Macee, as your friend, I believe na madami kang dreams talaga, diba gusto mo maging singer, stylist, madami diba? Pero para sure tayo, ano-ano ba yung mga dreams talaga na gusto mong ma-achieve in the future?
MACEE (M): Well first off ang pinaka dream ko talaga na I can say is most realistic ay yung pagka graduate ko, I land a job that I truly love na pinagbuhusan ko ng panahon during college.. I don't say this often, but I dream to be a VJ. I think that should be my priority, kailangan ko ng trabaho muna anmd then from there, I can study fashion pag kumikita na ko kahit pano, and then of course performing, I try not to overthink that because natural na sakin yung magkaroon ng confidence to show what I can do, I hope that one day someone will invite me to sign a label with them or madiscover ako sa Youtube! Haha!
JTV: So kung magfofocus tayo ngayon sa dalawa siguro mong dreams? Ano yun?
M: Yung landing a good job talaga in line with my course and being a recording artist. Yun ang alam kong may pinaka pag-asa ako sa ngayon. Haha!
JTV: Hahaha! Oo nga magaling kang kumanta eh. So focus tayo sa singing dream mo? In school, you have performed many times na in front of everyone. So how do you feel na kahit papano, you are taking steps already in achieving that dream?
M: I feel so great about it! And you know what keeps that dream alive in me? The support I get and the good feedback, nakakainspire sobra, kahit di laging perfect yung performance, naappreciate ng mga tao, that's the best feeling ever.
JTV: Ay isa ako dun sa mga nakakaappreciate noh! Haha! Bukod sa pagpeperform sa school, do you have other ways para mas makita ng iba ang hidden talent mo that might pave the way in achieving your dreams?
M: I post Youtube videos when I can, and some friends have invited me to sing at their debut celebration, I performed at 2 already and now masaya ako kasi meron pang iba na nagiinvite, and I perform for free sa ngayon syempre I love it and I'd gladly do a performance for my friends.

JIMPY TV (JTV): Hello Louize! So you know naman that I went sa press conference ng Paraiso, and as one of my friends, alam mo na pangarap ko talaga to diba. Haha! So let's talk about your dreams! Eto na ang first question...Siyempre, sabi ko nga friends tayo...and I know na madami kang gustong gawin and all...but what is that greatest dream talaga na gusto mong i-achieve in the future?
LOUIZE (L): Well, I always wanted to be a director. Kasi, I have always been a fan of movies and series.
JTV: Wow director! Medyo may similarity tayo jan ha! Haha! So as an aspiring director, may nagagawa ka na bang mga moves or steps para ma-achieve mo yang dream mo? Maybe write, or shoot films, ganon?
L: As early as 2007, I started writing. Sabi ko kasi sa sarili ko, kung hindi pa ako magiging director sa age ko, at least meron na akong ready sa back pocket ko pag director na'ko. Pero, now that I'm 17, na push through ko talaga yung talent ko in film making. Dahil sa mga school projects and talagang sineseryoso ko kahit mahirap mag work with my classmates. Haha!
JTV: Hahaha! Grabe so matagal na pala talaga noh. And maganda yan, ready ka na! Anyway, may sample ka ng films mo, or mga writings mo na you can share with Jimpy TV?
L: Yeah. Haha. Mejo matagal na nga. Uhm, meron akong film na Judgment Day and I'm currently working on one, which is The Vanishing In Unit One. Sa writings ko naman, I have a lot of title and stories to get along with them, kaso hindi ko lang talaga natatapos. Haha.
JTV: Hahaha! Jan talaga pareho na tayo, meron din ako pero di ko natatapos! Tungkol saan tong Judgment Day and The Vanisihing In Unit One?
L: Mahirap kasi mag-sulat pag walang inspiration and time. Haha. Yung Judgment Day, it's about a survival of a group of friends. One of them kasi was infected by some kind of disease and all. They though na, he was alone pero what they don't know, is meron pang ibang infected. Yung The Vanishing In Unit One naman, is about the siblings who moved in to this particular house, which seems to be haunted--making every people na tumira dito, hindi nakaka-labas ng buhay.
JTV: Ay grabe so ang forte mo eh medyo horror ha! Nakakaloka! Pero based from my sources, you are starting to film "The Vanishing In Unit One"? Kelan? Exciting ha! May playdate na?
L: Sobrang fan kasi ako ng horror films. Actually, I also always wanted to appear in one. Yes, we're starting na. Siguro, sometime on November. Wag palampasin! Haha.
JTV: Ay nako horror nga. Haha! I'll watch it kahit ako'y may psychological problem na sa horror films! Hahaha! Anyway, siyempre may mga nafilm ka na din naman na movies mo? So what is the experience?
L: Like, seriously for me. Kahit naiinis na yung actors sakin, okay lang sakin. Kasi, ayaw kong ma-dissapoint sa ginagawa ko. Gusto ko kasi na makilala ako for what I love to do. Pero, in other words, it's always exciting.
JTV: Haha! Nako paano pag nasa industry ka na! Mas exciting yan! Anyway, what if mabigyan ka ng opportunity of course to work with the actors/actresses natin, sinong gusto mong idirect in the future?
L: Sana nga! haha. Well, since ang plans for movies ko eh teens or young adults. So, sa babae, naiisip ko si Anne Curtis. Napanuod ko kasi yung horror movie nya na Wag Kang Lilingon and I have to say na, magaling sya. Sa lalaki naman, siguro si TJ Trinidad. Napapansin ko kasi na madami syang horror movies na naganapan.
JTV: Ay wow! Taray! So eto, sinong inspiration mo or who do you look up to sa pagiging director? It may be a foreign or local director or kahit na sinong inspiration mo.
L: Well. Ever since, mom ko talaga yung inspiration ko. She was always there for me and I know na she will. So, i'm doing everything to impress her where ever she is.
JTV: Ah, that was so sweet. :') So ayon, anong message or piece of advice mo sa mga tao din na nangangarap, not necessarily maging director, basta may mga goals or dreams na gustong ma-achieve?
L: Kagaya nga ng sabi ni Walt Disney, "Keep Moving Forward" kasi no matter how many trials, challenges na dumating sa buhay natin, if we really want this, we will do everything eh, diba? So, ayun. Wag lang silang makinig sa mga nagtturn down sa dreams nila. Just believe in yourself and follow you heart.
JTV: And in case na gusto ka na nilang kuning director, or manuod ng films mo, saan sila pupunta?

L: Oh my. haha. Mejo mahirap yan ah. Haha. kaya ko to! Si, Angelica Ulatan siguro.
JTV: Bakit siya? Teka sino siya sa iyong life right now, and why siya? :)
L: Right now, she's a complicated friend. :) Well, wala kasi kaming proper closure. So, siguro being stuck sa Isla for 2 months will give us the closure.

Jimpy TV (JTV): Okay game! Cher! Isa sa greatest dreams mo na makarating sa ABS-CBN and makawitness ng happenings dun dahil gusto mo maging director diba? So anong na-feel mo nung finally na-confirm na that we are part of the media list?
CHER (C): Siyempre naexcite lalo na't nalaman ko sa ABS-CBN tayo makakapunta. Greatest dream ko kasi talaga magtrabaho sa ABS[-CBN] at maging Kapamilya. Kahit anong trabaho nga actually basta sa ABS-CBN. Haha ganun ako kadesperado. Kaya its really an honor na maiinvite sa presscon ng [PHR:]Paraiso.
JTV: OMG Desperate nga! Hahaha Chos. So may mga preparations ka ba na ginawa bago tayo pumunta ng ABS-CBN?
C: Yes meron!! Weird nga eh, sa sobrang kaba ko kinakausap ko sarili ko sa salamin. Haha! Sinasabi ko yung mga isasagot ko kung may director or writer na magtatanong about sa mga experience ko sa media.
JTV: So is it okay, since BFFs [tawagan namin] naman tayo at di ko alam yang bagay na yan, i-share mo naman samin yang mga sinasabi mo sa mirror. HAHA!
C: Okay for example bakit marketing [ang] course mo eh dream mo[ng] maging part ng media, sasabihin ko eh kasi gusto [po] ng parents ko na tapusin ko muna ang course na may sure job ako at makakapaghintay naman daw ang MMA [Multimedia Arts] course ko. Things like that. Hahaha.
JTV: Hahaha! So eto na...dumating na yung umaga na pupunta tayo. Anong nafefeel mo nun?
C: Kinakabahan. Nanahimik na nga ako sa bus habang dada ka ng dada. Kasi sobrang kinakabahan talaga ako. Haha!
JTV: Bastos! Hahaha! So after the byahe and all...eto na! Naka-apak ka na sa ABS-CBN. Wait, first time mo diba? So what is the feeling?
C: Kinikilig na ewan. Haha sorry for the term. Hindi ko maexplain yung nararamdaman ko eh. Syempre malay mo balang araw, pag nagtatrabaho na ako dun, maaalala ko yung pinakaunang visit ko sa lugar ng dream job ko.
JTV: Ay Echoserang Froglet may ganoon pang effects! haha! So punta tayo sa Presscon. When you went to the Dolphy Theater, nakapasok ka na and all, ano ulit na-feel mo? Haha.
C: Nung unang pasok ko, naalala ko si [Mang] Dolphy. Si mama kasi sinubaybayan yung kay Dolphy [na mga palabas] so lagi ko ring napapanuod. Tapos ikekwento ni mama kung paano siya pinasaya ni Dolphy and everything. Affected talaga nanay ko nung pumanaw si Dolphy. Nung nasabi ko nga yun kay mama, napa "Oh talaga? Maganda?" With a smile si motherloves. Haha! Ang saya lang makita ang ngiti ng nanay mo.
JTV: HAHAHA That was so cute! Well anyway, bago pala yun, of course we are introduced to our beloved Miss Bing [Castro, PHR presents Paraiso Headwriter]! And we were introduced by her sa ilang key people ng ABS? So siyempre anong nafefeel mo nun!
C: HONORED! As in. Nakikita mo pang inaasikaso talaga tayo ni Miss Bing para lang makilala ang ibang media people dun, hindi matanggal [ang] ngiti ko. Siyempre dahil pinapakilala sayo [ang] mga inspirasyon mo sa buhay. It's really a wonderful experience.
JTV: So punta tayo sa dreams and inspirations na yan...diba dream mo maging director? So paano nagstart yan, saan, at kailan?
C: I think nung third year, nung gumawa tayo ng project sa FCL [Filipino Christian Living]? Remember that? Hahaha! Nasayahan ako sa pag-edit at pagdirek na rin ng video na yun. Siguro dun nagsimula ang lahat. After nun, gusto ko pa gumawa. Kaya dun nagbunga ang video mo. Hahaha! So ayun everytime na may music video or movie or theatre na project, hinding hindi ako nawawala.
JTV: Oo nga I agree with that. Hahaha! Naisingit pa ang video ko. Haha! So punta tayo sa Paraiso, diba we saw the pilot episode? Anong masasabi mo?
C: Ang ganda ng kwento, it's unique! Hindi tulad ng ibang kwento na paikot ikot lang. Mga nagugustuhan ko pa namang soap opera ay pang world class. For sure madaming kikiligin sa bagong tandem ni Matteo at Jessy. Ang ganda lang kasi ng chemistry nila sa isa't isa. Paniguradong susubaybayan ko tong teleseryeng to.
JTV: Nako dapat lang naman noh! Hahaha! :) Well ano naman ang piece of advice na maibibigay mo sa mga tao na gustong tuparin ang kanilang pangarap?
C: Para sa mga nangangarap, never stop chasing your dreams. Yun naman lagi eh. Madapa ka man lahat lahat, wag kang hihinto. Ako nga nadapa sa Marketing course ko pero I still believe na magiging direktor din ako someday. Just take little steps or big steps to reach it.
JTV: And kanino mo naman gustong magpasalamat at anong mensahe ang gusto mong iwanan sa kaniya or sa kanila dahil natupad mo itong isa sa mga pangarap mo?
C: Syempre gusto ko magpasalamat kay Miss Bing Castro. Super bait niya!! Di ko naexpect na isang headwriter ang magiinvite sa atin dito. Dahil sa kanya, nakatapak ako sa ABS-CBN, dahil sa kanya na-experience ko maging isa sa press, at dahil sa kanya, mas lalong lumakas ang loob ko na habulin ang pangarap ko. And of course gusto ko ring magpasalamat sa bestfriend ko dahil kundi dahil sa kanya, di ako makakasama dito.

First talaga ito sa Jimpy TV! Dahil sa kauna-unahang pagkakataon, dito sa Jimpy TV niyo lang mababasa, ang isang exclusive interview sa isang creative writer ng ABS-CBN. Swerte talaga ako dahil first time ito ever! Ano nga ba ang buhay ng isang writer sa isang malaking TV Network? Ay nako, wish ko ako ang sumagot sa inyo niyan but I think medyo matagal tagal pa atang mangyayari yun. Hahaha! Paano nga ba kami nagkakilala ni Miss Bing? Sa Twitter! Kaya mahal na mahal ko twitter eh, masyadong nabago niyan ang buhay ko. Parang nagtanong lang ata ako about sa new show nila noon, ang Lumayo Ka Man Sa Akin...then of course, mayabang ang lola niyo, nasa bio ang blog site! Hahaha! Di ko naman inaakalang itong pagyayabang ko eh positive pala! Hahaha! Eto, hindi ko pa binubura talaga ito because I will always treasure this!
Oh diba, sino ba namang hindi kikiligin diyan! Hahaha! :) So ayon, doon na nagstart ang lagi naming pag-uusap sa Twitter, tanong-tanong, sagot-sagot about shows. Haha! Then eto na, life-changing experience ko noong October 22, 2012. She DM-ed me, kung naka-attend na ba ako ng Press Conference nang isang Teleserye as a blogger. Then she invited me sa Presscon ng Paraiso, and the rest is history. :)
So I forgot, mamaya pa pala ang aking time to shine! Haha! Eto muna ang panayam ko with the very brilliant scriptwriter of Underage, Katorse, Impostor, Alyna, Lumayo Ka Man Sa Akin, and the great head writer of Hiyas and the upcoming Paraiso, Miss RUBY LEAH 'BING' CASTRO!
Three parts ang naging tanungan namin ni Miss Bing. Una ang buhay niya as a writer, pangalawa ang PHR: Paraiso, at ang third, mga random questions lang. So for reals, ito na! :))
NAME: Ruby 'Leah' Bing Castro Scriptwriter of ABS-CBN Teleseryes such as It Might Be You, Katorse, Impostor, Lumayo Ka Man Sa Akin, Hiyas and the upcoming teleserye Paraiso.
A. LIFE AS A CREATIVE WRITER:
JIMPY TV (JTV): Hello po Miss Bing! Sa ngayon po, isa kayo sa mga magagaling na writer ng ABS-CBN. Pero paano po nagsimula itong pagiging writer ninyo?
MISS BING (B): Hi Jimpy! Unang-una, dine-deny kong magaling akong writer. Sabi nga ni Sir Ricky Lee, the moment you call yourself magaling, you stop growing, you stop trying to be better, so you never end up being "magaling". Kaya tanggalin natin yung magaling. Writer na lang. :)
Pangalawa, i-classify natin yung "writer" sa question mo since medyo broad ito in my case. I've been all sorts of writer kasi. Feature writer, copy writer, short story writer, academic writer, technical writer, etc. Mag-focus lang tayo doon sa pagiging writer ng [mga] teleserye. Nagsimula ito noong 2003, after an intensive workshop under Mr. Ricky Lee. Pumila talaga ako ng isang buong araw sa ABS-CBN para lang makasali sa workshop. At that time wala sa isip ko na magtatrabaho ako sa TV pagkatapos. I just wanted to experience a Ricky Lee workshop. I wanted to learn how to tell better stories, how to be a better writer. I didn't know that that would be the start of my career as a teleserye writer.
JTV: Ito po ba talaga yung dream niyo when you were a child? Kung hindi po, ano yung dream niyo ang paano po kayong napunta sa pagiging isang magaling na writer?
B: Long before I dreamed of being a writer, nangarap akong maging pintor. Like most kids kasi, nauna akong natutong mag-drawing bago magsulat. And like most kids, mahilig ako noon sa comics. So gagayahin ko iyon, I'd draw squares, then draw human faces in them, tapos lalagyan ko ng dialogue. I think that's what started me writing. Pero yung writing itself, na-discover ko lang ang hilig ko dun nung grade 6 ako. Isang araw, tinamad kami ng friends ko na mag-attend ng PE class. Just so we could cut class legally, we joined a school-wide essay writing contest. I was surprised noon nanalo ako. But since then, I would join every writing contest in our school.
JTV: Ano po ang unang show ninyo? Can you share naman po your experiences with your first show?
B: It Might Be You, 2003-2004. Na-assign ako dun as contributing writer right after our workshop with Sir Ricky. Isa iyon sa pinakamahirap isulat na show na pinanggalingan ko. Basically because it was my first. Nangangapa pa ako. Minsan shy pang bumato ng ideas kasi natatakot mabaril. So bumabawi na lang ako pag may pinapasulat na eksena. Pero iyon ang isa sa pinakamasayang creative team na naging part ako. And I learned a lot from that show, especially from Rose Colindres (Angelito, Mula Sa Puso), who was our senior writer. Also part of the team were Ruel Montanez (Lumayo Ka Man Sa Akin, Angelito 2) and Tanya Bautista (A Beautiful Affair), na laging nagpapatawa. Maraming tawa kahit maraming, uhm, mainit ang ulo. That was also the first time na nakatrabaho ko si Direk Rechie Del Carmen, who was our second unit director. She's now our director in PHR [Precious Hearts Romances presents] Paraiso.
JTV: Can you share naman po some significant experiences in your life as a writer? Pwede po siyang maganda, pwede din po yung mga challenging.
B: Every experience is significant, especially if you set your mind to learn from each and use it to improve your writing. But the most challenging experience for any writer is sitting down in front of the computer and trying to come up with a decent script at a given time under any circumstances. Just a few weeks, in the middle of a deadline I got sick. My head was throbbing, I'd throw up every couple of hours. My sister wanted to rush me to the hospital, but I wouldn't let them move until after I emailed the script. Pagdating sa ER habang tinuturukan ako, bigla kong naalala may na-miss pala akong isang sequence. Sabi ko sa isang co-writer who was there, paki-revise. Napakamot na lang siya ng ulo.
JTV: Fast forward to 2011. Ang first headwriting job ninyo, if I am not mistaken, was PHR: Hiyas. Ano pong na-feel ninyo when you were promoted as HW [Headwriter]? Can you share naman po some significant experiences, good or bad, sa inyong first headwriting job.
B: Actually I was assigned to take over as HW ng PHR: Hiyas because, Direk Adolf Alix, who was our original head writer and director, was also doing other projects at that time. Kinailangan niyang bitawan ang page-headwrite. The other senior writers in the team had other projects as well, so walang choice, I had to take on the job. Anong na-feel ko? Kagaya ng naramdaman siguro ng ibang naa-assign mag-headwrite. Wow, bigger income! But more than that, Wow, greater responsibility, lesser time for self and family. Some want that, some don't. In the end, it's a matter of choice. Sa akin noon, it was, sige, andito na rin lang ako, might as well make the most of it.
Pero sa ABS[-CBN] naman kasi, hindi dahil headwriter ka sa isang show di ka pwedeng maging episode writer or brainstormer sa susunod mong show. It's still your choice if you accept a project or not. After Hiyas, naging writer/brainstormer ako sa Lumayo Ka Man Sa Akin. So head writing is not necessarily a promotion. It's not something to brag about. You're just taking on the responsibility of herding a team of equally good writers who are expected to tell a good story.
JTV: Sa lahat po ng naisulat ninyo, ano pong show yung pinakaproud kayo or pinakanaging significant sa inyo and why?
B: Lahat naman yun significant. Hindi ko masabing mas makabuluhan yung isa kesa sa iba. Because in every script you write, you give something of yourself. Huhugot ka sa past mo - mga personal experiences, mga nabasa mo, narinig, napanood. Huhugot ka sa memory bank mo, huhugot ka sa dreams mo. Depende sa show. Iba-iba yung story, so iba-iba yung hinuhugot mo, iba-iba yung hinuhugatan mo. Then also, for each show iba-iba yung mga kasama mo sa team, iba yung director, iba yung artista. Iba-ibang experience. All of those, and that part of yourself you give when you write, they are what make each show significant. Regardless of the ratings, regardless of feedback from critics, if you and the rest of the team know that you gave your best, you can't help but feel proud of your show when you see it on the screen.
JTV: Kung hindi po kayo naging writer ngayon, ano po siguro ang magiging work ninyo?
B: Honestly, hindi ko alam. Halos lahat ng naging work ko, there's writing of some sort involved. In ABS, naging researcher ako ng PBB [Pinoy Big Brother] at PDA [Pinoy Dream Academy], and even that there's a lot of writing involved. Kung hindi ako nabigyan ng chance to go back to drama, baka sa nag-stick ako sa research.
JTV: Fastforward to this day, paano po nabago ang life ninyo simula nung maging writer kayo?
B: As I said, my previous jobs have been as a writer of some sort, so parang ganun pa rin naman. Everyday, uupo ka para magsulat. Ang naiba lang yung form at yung technology. Kung dati nagsusulat ako ng feature or print ad copy, ngayon script. Kung dati makuntento ka sa longhand at Wordstar sa MS-DOS (oo inabot ko 'yun!), ngayon mamili ka word processor at operating system. Also, some of those jobs required me to report to the office everyday habang nagsusulat. As drama writer, minsan pupunta ka lang sa office pag may meeting.
JTV: May mga gusto pa po ba kayong ibang gawin besides sa pagiging creative writer?
B: Gusto kong maging painter, sculptor, designer, chef. Anything that requires me to be creative. And if along the way I find I'm not creative enough for any of those, gusto kong maging dog-sitter. I love dogs. :)
B. PHR: PARAISO
JTV: Punta naman po tayo sa bago niyong show, ang Paraiso. So ano po ang kwento ng PHR Paraiso?
B: Ang Paraiso ay isang kwento ng pagmamahalan na nabuo sa isang isla, sa pagitan ng dalawang tao na galing sa magkaibang mundo. They make the most of what they have - which consists of only the bare necessities, and each other - until rescue arrives when it's most unexpected. Akala nila dito na nagtatapos ang kwento nila, only to realize later that it has just started.
JTV: Diba po, if I am not mistaken, this is your 5th PHR. Ano po ang pagkakaiba at edge ng Paraiso sa mga PHRs na naisulat ninyo?
B: To quote Direk Nico Hernandez, ito palang yung PHR na naganap sa isang isla. For the first few weeks anyway. Sa mga sinulat ko, eto rin 'yung ginastusan talaga. Since panghapon ang PHR, mas mababa ang budget kaysa primetime so usually we make adjustments sa script para hindi masyadong mabigat sa kostas. Usually bawal ang sumasabog na sasakyan, bawal ang helicopter, etc. In the case of Paraiso, particularly sa pilot week, naka-angkla ang buong kwento mo sa sumasabog na barko at sa paghahanap ng survivors, and that usually requires lumilipad na helicopter. Ginawan talaga ng mga director at ng production team ng paraan para maipakita iyon sa TV. So I guess the edge of Paraiso over other PHRs na naisulat ko is its directors, Direk Rechie and Direk Nico; ang mga producers, Mr. Mark Gile and Direk Neal Del Rosario, and the rest of the production team. They have so much respect for the material, and they are very considerate to the creative team. Hindi nila basta sasabihing "hindi pwede yan." Sasabihin nila, "let's explore the possibility, and if it's not possible, let's explore some more." Sometimes in this industry, that is very rare. And so we are very lucky as a creative team, and very thankful to them, for that.
JTV: How does it feel po being a big part of this show?
B: It feels like being in Paraiso. Haha. Siyempre, masaya. Excited. And since eere na kami, andyan na 'yung kaba. May mga tanong sa isip ko siyempre. Magustuhan kaya? Panonoorin kaya? Would it meet the expectations of those who have been waiting for it?
JTV: Ano po ang mga dapat abangan ng viewers sa Paraiso?
B: Well, this is PHR, so I would say abangan ang mga steamy love scenes, mga kilig scenes. 'Yung tambalan nina Jessy Mendiola at Matteo Guidicelli. Ibang-ibang Jessy at Matteo ang makikita niyo ditto. Then, of course, 'yung kwento mismo, masasabi ko naman na kaabang-abang.
C. RANDOM QUESTIONS
JTV: So ano pong maibibigay ninyong piece or pieces of advice sa mga dreamers around? Mga nangangarap po maging writer (like me!), director, or kung ano man po.
B: Keep dreaming. And while dreaming, read, write, work, learn, live. Let yourself fall in love, laugh, allow some pain, cry. And then live some more. That's the only to learn and that's the only way to your dream.
JTV: In case po people have questions about the show and your experience or other things po, san po namin kayo pwedeng makausap, or i-follow?

JTV: Tanungin ko din po kayo like sa press con ng Paraiso...kung kayo po ay maiiwan ng 2 months sa isang isla, sino po ang isasama niyo and why? Isa lang po ha! Haha!
B: Si Hemingway, my one-year-old dog. Toy dog siya, a shih tzu, pero kung makabantay sa akin daig pa ang doberman.
JTV: Last Question. Ano po ang susubaybayan ng mga Manash and ng mga madlang people simula November 5 sa hapon?
B: Mga Manash, huwag niyong kakalimutan, simula November 5 at 4:15pm, PHR presents Paraiso sa Kapamilya Gold.
And if you don't know mga manash, si Miss Bing po ang nagdala sa amin ng aking bestfriend na si Cher sa aming first press conference, so Miss Bing, I would like to express my gratitude ng sobra sobra. O, naka-apat na naman tayo na kwento ng ibang tao, mapa extraordinaryo, sikat or ordinaryo ha. Pero guys, TV ko to! HAHA! Kaya kwento ko naman. Mga MANASH, baka naman nalaman niyo lang na kwento ko na, skip segment and scroll down na kayo ha. HAY NAKO! Hahaha! JOKE LANG MGA MANASH!
Anyway, siguro, halos lahat naman kayo, alam na kung ano ang pangarap ko. Hahaha! Sa mga hindi pa nakakaalam. Well actually parang maka-apak lang ako sa ABS-CBN, GMA or TV5, masaya na ako. Pero siyempre bilang empleyado nila diba? Haha! And gusto ko maging writer or director. Mainly writer, kasi mahilig ako mag-isip ng mga kwento eh. Haha! Problema ko lang, napaka Ningas Cogon ko. I start but I don't finish. Haha! So bad! Ayoko ikwento dito, mamaya manakaw pa ideas ko, selfish ako eh. Hahaha lol.
Ngayon, gusto ko ring maging host kagaya ni Kris Aquino. Actually I want to follow her footsteps. Gusto ko talaga, sobra as in. :) Obvious naman siguro to, kaya nga Jimpy TV! Hahaha! ;) And please don't get mad at me or anything ha, pero kasi, gusto ko ring sumali ng Binibining Pilipinas. Hahaha! :) Pero of course alam ko naman na di pwede yun noh. HAHA! Gusto ko din maging eventologist. :) Pero sa lahat ng yan, siyempre ang maging creative writer talaga ang gusto ko. No doubt.
Anyway, isa sa mga pangarap ko ang natupad last Thursday, October 25, 2012. At yon ay ang maka-apak sa ABS-CBN at makilala ang mga writers, producers, plus the artists! Yun nga nang mainvite ako ni Miss Bing Castro sa Press Conference ng PHR presents Paraiso. Grabe, you know the feeling. Hahaha. Ang saya saya! Nakilala ko yung mga taong dati nakikita ko lang yung names nila sa baba kapag nagsa-start yung show. Una na doon si Sir Mark Anthony Gile, EP [Executive Producer] of Kahit Puso'y Masugatan at ngayon, supervising producer ng PHR: Paraiso. And then ang Angelito Second unit Director and OkaTokat 2012 director Neal Felix Del Rosario, pero nag EP muna siya dito sa Paraiso. Si Sir Temi Abad, headwriter ng Alyna and isa sa AdProm ng Laurenti M. Dyogi [LMD] unit, then I realized siya pala si Gianni Ferlopez of Magkaribal! Katuwa. Haha! And of course the writers, Sir Jurey Mirafuentes, Sir Mike Transfiguracion, Sir Julius Villanueva and Miss Bianca Geli. :) Na-meet ko din ang owner ng Precious Pages Corporation na si Sir Jun Matias and Isla Sanctuario author Miss Dawn Igloria, as well as Silang: The Fierce Warrior (Hiyas on TV) author Miss Sofia. :)
So after introductions, picture picture sa photo booths and all, pumasok na kami sa Dolphy Theater. OMG, siyempre di ko pinapahalata pero talagang amazed ako. Hahaha. Well it's not the first time of course na I've seen a theater pero siyempre diba, Dolphy Theater kaya yun! Hahaha. Then the press con started. I won't relate everything na for confidentiality sa sarili ko ha. Kaloka, di naman siguro kailangan detalyado. Hahaha. But when I learned that ipapakita ang first 40 minutes ng pilot week ng Paraiso, aba bongga! HAHAHA! At masasabi ko lang, dapat niyo talagang abangan, wala akong masabing hindi maganda, kundi kinabahan lang talaga ako. As in nakakakaba yung episode. Haha! :)
Nakakatuwa din na makita yung mga stars ng Paraiso. It has been a life long dream na makita ko si Jessy Mendiola dahil isa siya sa mga pinakapaborito kong stars, kahit nung nagsisimula pa lang siya. Dahil din dito, nagustuhan ko na talaga si Jewel Mische...dati kasi konting like lang pero ngayon super like na. Ang galing galing niyang sumagot sa press. Tapos nahawakan ko pa iphone niya kasi nagpa-picture siya. :') Ang bait bait. Hahaha. Si Kathleen Hermosa din nakausap ko pa. :') And nakausap ko rin si Direk Nico Hernandez na ang gwapo na, ang bait bait pa. And si Direk Rechie del Carmen na sobrang cool at mabait!

Anyway, my piece of advice sa lahat ng dreamers around. All of us have an inner dream, kahit sabihin niyo pang napariwara kayo, walang plano sa buhay, or yung sobra naman mangarap, or yung tama lang. But dreaming requires a lot of PATIENCE for you to achieve it. Kasi if you won't be patient at maaatat lang kayo ng maaatat, e walang mangyayari. You have to wait for the right opportunity to come. TEKA. Gusto ko sa Reflect, Retrospect and Learn ko to. HAHA! So stand by lang! :D
About Paraiso, kung maiiwan ako sa ISLA...actually, ayoko ng may kasama! HAHA! Eh kaya ko namang magsalita mag-isa. Yun nga lang, di ko din pala kaya...so I have to be with a yaya! So siguro I am choosing a Yaya para makasama ko. Haha. Wag na tayo magpakaplastic dito! Maging praktikal na hindi ba! Siyempre, sinong tutulong sa akin, paano ko mabubuhay! HAHA! :)
So siyempre, habang tinutupad natin ang ating mga dreams, tayo'y manuod ng PHR presents Paraiso ngayong Lunes, November 5 sa Kapamilya Gold! Nako forever magiging memorable tong palabas na to saken. Here are my realizations after this life-changing event. And of course, my reflections sa pagtupad ng dreams.
Opportunity knocks only once...and sometimes, you still have to find it. But when it comes to you, grab it.
-->Ewan ko kung tama ang grammar ko diyan but what I mean is, diba, once lang dumating ang kahit na anong opportunity, so kung binabalak niyong tanggihan yan, wag! Lalo na kung sa inyo na mismo lalapit yan. In this opportunity, ito na mismo ang lumapit sa akin, and of course, hindi na ako nagdalawang isip diba. Ang kapal ng face ng manash niyo kung ganon! Hahaha! :)
Kung mangangarap ka na lang din naman at matutupad na, mangdamay ka na diba?!
-->My BFF. Haha. Siya pumasok agad sa isip ko when this opportunity came. So siyempre, dapat na isama ko siya diba, I can't be and I should not be selfish sa mga ganitong moments. Kaya kayo, wag din kayong selfish when opportunities come. Diba. :)
